PROJECT NARRATIVEMira Delray is a residential brand created for an existing apartment community in Delray Beach, Florida, recognised as a socially connected, lifestyle-led place to live. With a coastal setting and a strong sense of communal energy at its heart, the brand needed to feel warm, expressive, and rooted in place.
The visual identity was designed to capture this connectivity and distinct sense of belonging. An organic wordmark forms the foundation of the system, giving the brand a human, approachable quality. From the contours of the lettering, a fluid and tactile graphic element was developed - originally drawn in watercolour - creating a ripple-like form that expands the namemark outward. This references the coastal setting and the pool at the community’s heart, whilst echoing the social energy of Mira’s residents.
